Before & After
Tobias Lear House
Kate just completed a two year long restoration project at the 1740 Tobias Lear House in Portsmouth, NH. She restored and painted the original woodwork, repaired and treated the original floors, and installed historic reproduction wallpaper in all the rooms. The Tobias Lear house had been part of a local museum's collection for the past 70 years, but it was sold to a private individual prior to the restoration. Kate was brought in to maintain the house's original historic appearance and charm through her experience and talent. The house is now a small boutique inn as a result.

COMING ATTRACTIONS
Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion
Later in 2021, Kate plans to start work installing reproduction 1760s wallpaper in the billiard room of the Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion, which is owned by the State of New Hampshire. The paper will be produced by Aldelphi Paperhangings in Sharon Springs, NY, and will be an exact reproduction of the original paper in the room.
